A leading investment research firm is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented summer intern to support its research analysts. The intern will help collect, organize, and analyze financial and economic data, contributing to high-quality strategy reports for institutional clients. This role offers a valuable opportunity to develop advanced analytical skills and gain exposure to professional research practices at Wall Street standards.

Candidate must be an undergraduate rising junior working towards a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Math, Economics or Computer Science.  Candidate should have excellent computer skills, especially Excel. Good analytical and communication skills, ability to multitask and willingness to work as part of a team are also essential.  This internship is also perfect for students with Comp Sci as a major considering finance as a career. 
 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Collect, clean, and maintain financial market and economic datasets.
  • Support research analysts in analyzing financial trends and market developments.
  • Contribute to the production of investment strategy reports, including creating charts, tables, and visual aids.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for internal and external use.

 

Qualifications:

  • Open to Current undergraduate students entering junior year.
  • Must be currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate program.
  • Solid foundation in financial markets, economics, and quantitative analysis.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; accuracy/attention to detail a must.
  • Solid computer skills: Proficiency in Excel and Word; Working knowledge of Python a plus.
