As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will:
- Lead Department-wide Records Management and Information Governance programs, developing policies, strategies, and initiatives to ensure compliance with Federal records management laws, regulations, and government-wide guidance.
- Direct enterprise records lifecycle management, overseeing the creation, maintenance, retention, disposition, and modernization of paper and electronic records systems to support mission operations and digital transformation.
- Supervise professional and administrative staff, providing leadership in workforce planning, performance management, employee development, and resource allocation to achieve organizational objectives.
- Serves as the senior advisor on records management and information governance, providing authoritative guidance to executive leadership on policy, compliance, risk management, and operational issues.
- Evaluate program performance and operational effectiveness, directing continuous process improvements, overseeing automated records management systems, and ensuring compliance with Federal information management requirements.
