Job Description

Antarctica Advisors is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Investment Banking Summer Analyst to join our M&A team focused on the Global Seafood Industry in June 2026. This full-time internship role is on-site five days a week, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic, specialized sector. The Summer Analyst will work closely with our experienced team on complex U.S. and cross-border transactions and strategic advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust financial models, valuations, and related analyses for client engagements.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, pitch materials and transaction documents for both prospective and current clients.
• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market conditions, and specific countries and companies.
• Contribute to other transaction-related activities and industry research as needed.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (required) and Spanish (written and verbal preferred).
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
• Junior or Senior pursuing bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field graduating in December 2026 or May 2027.
• Basic knowledge of, and demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in Investment Banking.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial modeling.
• Highly motivated, individual with the ability to grow within an entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
