We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated final-year architecture student (or recent graduate) to assist with creating as-is interior drawings for a commercial property in Lewisville, Texas (approx. 6,000 sqft). This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build your portfolio with real-world project work.

Project Scope:

Document the existing interior conditions of a commercial building (~6,000 sqft)

Add detailed interior measurements and features to a provided 2D CAD file (floor plan and elevations)

Ensure measurements are accurate to the millimeter (mm) level

Work closely with the property owner for site access and scope clarification

Requirements:

Proficiency in architectural drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)

Ability to conduct on-site measurements and interpret existing CAD drawings

Keen eye for detail and spatial accuracy

Open to working weekends and extended hours to expedite the project

Must be local to Lewisville, Texas or able to travel to the site

Ideal Candidate:

Final-year architecture student or recent graduate

Has completed similar documentation projects or coursework

Can provide references or professor contact info

Eager to learn and take ownership of a focused, time-sensitive project
