Under the direction of the Administrator, the incumbent performs more responsible, varied, and complex analytical Healthcare Facilities Maintenance (HFM) research and functions in support of the overall work activities of the Industry Employment Program (IEP) at their assigned Institutions. This position is responsible for processing, recruitment, and filling of HFM, and other enterprise incarcerated individual positions.

- Analytical Experience: Experience with identifying trends, updating procedures with department-wide impact
- Experience preparing/updating routine analysis/reports
- Organizational experience - Experience with Project Management. Experience in planning and executing work for a professional team.
- Correctional state experience - state or within PIA
- Computer skills with emphasis in Microsoft products. (i.e., Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, database systems)
