Chief Technology Officer (CTO) — Arcangel
Location: Hybrid | Equity: 15–20% + Preferred Stock | Co-founder Title

Arcangel is redefining how product and service-based SMBs raise capital. As a dynamic due diligence and fundraising platform, we’ve onboarded 50+ founders, 20+ accredited investors, and closed over $350,000 in committed capital. We’re now searching for a visionary CTO to join us at the ground floor and lead the next phase of our growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
As CTO, you’ll oversee the full development lifecycle of the Arcangel platform, owning both strategic tech decisions and hands-on execution. You’ll help architect and scale our due diligence API and build AI-powered tools that transform how VCs, accelerators, and investors evaluate start-ups.

Responsibilities:

Lead full-stack development of the Arcangel platform (front-end and back-end)

Architect and build scalable APIs for data analysis and third-party integration

Design and implement AI-driven solutions for start-up scoring and insights

Collaborate closely with the CEO and COO to align tech strategy with business goals

Build and lead the early technical team as we scale

Requirements:

Full-stack development expertise (React, Node.js, Python, etc.)

Strong experience with API architecture and deployment

Proficiency in AI/ML applications and practical integration

Passion for fintech and interest in reshaping venture capital

Start-up mindset with a bias for speed, experimentation, and execution
